Congratulations!

You've passed your exam, amazing!  You are a BCBA! Out on your own in the big world of behavior analysis.  Now what?  It's not the time to panic.  Now you make the decision to seek the support you were provided during your practical experience.

I'm here to coach you, the new BCBA, on your journey to behave as the best behavior analyst possible.  Through our mentorship relationship you will not stop learning & growing just because you've passed a test.  I want to give you what I wish I had fifteen years ago!

BCBA Mentorship

The term mentorship refers to “guidance provided by a mentor, especially an experienced person in a company or educational institution.”

(Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary, 2011)

Newly certified BCBAs are recommended to continue to work under the mentorship or guidance of more veteran BCBAs following certification.  The months and years post-supervised experience hours continue to be an extremely important time for the newly minted behavior analyst.

Our mentorship may include but is not limited to: live virtual meetings, observations of recorded skill implementation/sessions, live observations of working with clients, discussion of behavior analytic research, and the review of reports completed by mentees.

BCBA Mentorship differs from BCBA Supervision because this relationship is purely voluntary and should be mutually beneficial.  The goal is for this to be a rich and rewarding experience with the majority of our time spent in development and activities. Plainly put, I love to get something out of our relationship as well; guiding you will always be a continuing education experience for me.

To be an appropriate candidate for this position, you must have received your BACB® certification.  Should you not receive your worksite's approval to discuss cases with an outside source, clients will remain anonymous.  Mentees must also have access to a computer with internet access for live meetings.  Mentorship is scheduled on an ongoing basis.  Mentees are accepted based on their availability to match up with my current openings.

I have experience providing BACB® Mandatory Mentorship as well. If you have been assigned a Disciplinary Determination from the Board, please reach out to discuss how I can help you move past this violation.

Investment

Ongoing mentorship is offered on a monthly basis.  For your investment of $195 per month you will receive 60 minutes of face-to-face live meetings and the review and editing of behavior analytic documents, reports, or research outside of face-to-face contacts.

Interested in more frequent contact?  For your investment of $275 per month you will receive up to 120 minutes of face-to-face live meetings and the review and editing of behavior analytic documents, reports, or research outside of face-to-face contacts.
