Applied Behavior Analysis Consultation + Treatment
ABOUT
KORA Analysis, LLC is made up of Board Certified Behavior Analysts that provide on-site, individualized consultation, and program implementation. Our clinicians take pride in team collaboration, professional development, and providing effective behavior analysis services.

While receiving services from KORA you may find yourself working with one or multiple of our BCBA®s. Provision of services is based on provider availability and we aim to maintain manageable caseloads. Rather than place you on a waitlist, we work with our vast network of colleagues in the region to find an appropriate placement if we cannot accommodate you right away.

We currently provide services under TriCare East (Applied Behavior Analysis), the Virginia Medicaid DD Waiver (Therapeutic Consult), and private pay consultation.

FOUNDER + STAFF
Kristin Frigelj
M.S., BCBA, LBA
KORA Analysis is privately owned and operated by Kristin Helgerson Frigelj, M.S., BCBA®, LBA. Kristin has twenty years of experience using applied behavior analysis to help families achieve results they desire by providing one-on-one treatment and behavior program consultations.

Kristin's passion for Applied Behavior Analysis began when working as an in-home ABA therapist while attending George Mason University and grew as she continued her education in the field. She holds a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2007. Kristin is a Licensed Behavior Analyst by the Commonwealth of Virginia and a BACB®-approved Supervisor.

Kristin is a member of the Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI), the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts, and the Virginia Association for Behavior Analysis (VABA). In 2012 Kristin was a BCBA representative for the Virginia Board of Medicine's ABA Work Group, whose goal was to recommend regulations for the behavior analyst state license. Kristin is enthusiastic about growing applied behavior analysis in her home state of Virginia and encourages involvement in regional and state organizations.

KORA's providers are Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Virginia Licensed Behavior Analysts. Upon receiving your referral, we work our hardest to find an opening within our providers' availabilities that works for you. Schedules are ever-changing, however, it is difficult to know exactly when a future opening may come up. In these circumstances we maintain a referral's information while also recommending colleagues from whom to seek services to avoid long wait times.

Whether your goal is decreasing inappropriate behaviors or building on your child's repertoire of desired behaviors, we can develop a plan for you. Part of all programs is caregiver training so implementation occurs across all environments.
This service includes assessment of your child's current skill repertoire and the development of a program to give them new strengths.
As providers with Virginia DMAS, we are available to collaborate via a consult model to deliver services to decrease challenging behavior, increase quality of life, training team members, and assist in implementing behavior intervention strategies. This service focuses on working with the client's support team through the use of a behavior plan to set them up for success in everyday life.
